you hit the nail on the head :D There's way too much anime and 14 yr olds on here...oh well.

The real reason was because I get too addicted to it. haha. Too tough to do homework...maybe I'll get around to DA again when my life slows down this summer :)

Haha, okay man, I understand, I go through periods where I spend a ton of time here and other boards then I stop. It can become quite time consuming. Anyways I look forward to talking to you when you have more time. ;)

No problem, it's a great shot!

I like your gallery and I`ll watch it but I have the question - Do you use Photoshop to manipulate your pictures?
:iconkurtisdiff:
when I say "edited" I mean doing something other than a minor adjustment such as cropping, spot removal, and maybe some minor saturation (though I rarely do this)
:iconkurtisdiff:
Thanks, though honestly judging by your tone I have to question whether or not you actually like my gallery. Plus I don't think you fav'd any of my photos?

I do not use photoshop, I have tried the trial version of CS4, but the most I could figure out was how to open a photo. I do however use Lightroom mostly for things such as cropping, spot removal (which is necessary when using a Canon 5D, aka dust magnet). I have used it for color saturation and such on a few photos, especially for the few photos I have taken in RAW (ex. "preparing to takeoff").

I have one photo "Riverside Church" which is a blend of two photos. I recently added that to my comments on the photo. Also, in the interest of full disclosure I went through and marked my other photos (even the obvious ones), which were edited. I don't think I missed any, but if you have any questions or think I missed one please feel free to ask.

Also, I feel I'm still learning my camera and exploring my thoughts on photography as a result I do mess with settings on my camera such as white balance, saturation, color tones etc. Oh yeah, I do also sometimes use a polarizer and a ND filter.

In the end, I'm on DA to learn, and talk to fellow photographers/artists/etc, so please feel free to ask/comment, or whatever....

Ok ok. I didn`t wanted do make you mad with this question. My tone is not negative (maybe it seems so because of my bad english) And thank you for the answer. This is what I wanted to know. And I asked you this question because I have read a note from you for one other deviantart photographer and I can say - I realy am on your side (if this can be said this way). It was realy good question from you, the answer not so good....
:iconkurtisdiff:
Okay, sorry about the misunderstanding. If you have any questions about my photos please feel free to ask.

I feel like I have been struggling a lot in the last few days about photo manipulation. ;)
